InvestaX is open to individual and corporate accredited investors, expert investors and institutional investors. Individual investors must be 18 years of age or older.
Because InvestaX holds a Capital Markets Services licence issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, all investors are required to complete an investor accreditation and KYC/AML verification process before accessing any investment opportunities on the platform.
To get started:
- Sign up for an account on the InvestaX platform
- Complete the investor accreditation and verification process
- Once approved, browse available deals and invest through your investor dashboard
InvestaX does not currently accept investors from the United States or sanctioned countries.
Once you log in with your credentials and have successfully completed our investor accreditation process, you will be able to view all deal-specific information in the restricted portion of our website. Your Investor Dashboard will be updated with progress reports, compliance forms, communications from issuers, and other relevant documents once you have made the investment.

InvestaX and the issuers on its platform do not offer guaranteed returns. The value of a tokenized asset is primarily determined by the quality of the underlying asset and is subject to factors such as market conditions, liquidity, and the terms of the specific offering.
