What licenses does InvestaX hold to facilitate the issuance and distribution of tokenized assets?

InvestaX holds a Capital Markets Services license from MAS that allows it to deal with securities, capital markets products and provide OTC (over-the-counter) trading of securities via its platform. Plus, we have been granted a Recognized Market Operator (RMO) license, which allows InvestaX to operate an organized market for securities.

InvestaX also holds an exempt financial advisory license that allows it to advise and provide consultancy services on the mentioned financial products.

Real-world asset (RWA) tokens are digital representations of real-world assets like equity or debt in real estate and private equity. Utilizing blockchain and smart contracts, they revolutionize investments by enhancing transparency, security, and efficiency.
